6sense is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to lead compensation strategy and execution across the US, UK, Canada, and India. This strategic role partners with managers, People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and People Operations to design and scale compensation programs that support growth, reinforce pay-for-performance, and enable fair, competitive, compliant, data-driven compensation decisions.
Key responsibilities include leading compensation strategy across base pay, incentives, equity, and global compensation planning; designing and governing programs aligned to business strategy, market data, internal equity, and pay-for-performance principles; advising senior leaders on compensation decisions, job leveling, organizational changes, promotions, and internal movement; serving as the compensation subject matter expert for equity programs including new hire, promotion, and refresh grants; resolving complex compensation escalations with equitable, well-documented recommendations; conducting market analysis, benchmarking, and job pricing using approved survey data; driving pay equity, pay transparency, and compliance support in partnership with Legal, Finance, and People Operations; managing compensation tools, vendors, frameworks, and documentation; and using reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to identify trends and strengthen program effectiveness.
The ideal candidate brings 8–11 years of compensation, Total Rewards, or related People function experience, ideally within SaaS or high-growth technology. Deep expertise required in compensation strategy, benchmarking, job pricing, salary range management, incentives, equity, and program design. Proven experience supporting global compensation programs with particular strength in US and India markets. Strong partnership experience with leaders, People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and People Operations. Key competencies include strategic compensation judgment, executive partnership, analytical rigor, operational excellence, confidentiality and discretion, process improvement mindset, and clear change communication.
