Carrot Fertility is seeking a Senior Clinical Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the Global Clinical Operations (GCO) team. This is a hands-on operations role focused on reliable execution, clean reporting, and strong cross-functional coordination.
You will coordinate new projects end-to-end, identifying stakeholders and tracking deliverables across global clinical operations, product, and partner teams. Key responsibilities include maintaining consistent frameworks and timelines across GCO sub-teams, tracking spend against program budgets, and building dashboards and reporting infrastructure that give leadership real-time visibility into program status and trends.
You'll synthesize data from multiple sources (Jira, Zendesk, Airtable, Salesforce, BI tools) into clear, actionable monthly operational updates. You'll serve as a connector between GCO and commercial, GTM, and customer success teams, ensuring subject-matter experts are looped into RFPs, RFIs, and client conversations. You'll also identify opportunities to use AI tools, automation, and workflow improvements to reduce manual work.
Success means creating adopted dashboards, improving operational efficiency, establishing strong working relationships with GCO leadership and cross-functional partners, and consistently managing multiple concurrent projects with clear status updates.
You bring a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or equivalent practical experience in clinical/healthcare operations. You have demonstrated hands-on experience with scheduling, budgets, and cross-functional coordination. You possess strong program and process-design skills, ideally with a program management certification or 2+ years of project management experience including SOPs, governance documentation, and decision-informing reporting. You're comfortable with modern productivity and data tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Salesforce, Airtable, BI dashboards) and can quickly learn new systems including AI-enabled tools.
