Rula is seeking a Senior Clinic Launch Associate to lead the opening and operation of physical mental health clinics across the United States. In this role, you will spend most of your time in the field preparing new clinic spaces, supporting therapists, coordinating vendors, and resolving operational challenges. You will serve as the primary local point of contact for therapists and cross-functional teams, managing everything from facility logistics to scheduling coordination. Key responsibilities include: - Preparing and launching new physical clinic locations - Supporting therapists and resolving day-to-day operational issues - Coordinating with vendors and managing facilities logistics - Acting as the primary point of contact for therapists and internal teams (Support, Marketing, Provider Success) - Identifying and independently resolving physical and administrative roadblocks - Traveling to West Coast and other U.S. markets for multi-week or multi-month clinic launches - Using data dashboards to track office performance, provider sign-ups, and identify optimization opportunities - Building repeatable processes to support clinic expansion You will need 3+ years of professional experience in multi-site operations, clinic operations, facilities, hospitality, retail, events, or similar roles supporting physical locations. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be the primary local contact managing relationships with therapists and coordinating across teams. You must be proficient in Google Sheets, able to learn new software platforms quickly, and willing to travel extensively during launches. Preferred experience includes managing physical spaces, working at high-growth startups, and analyzing office performance data. Rula is a remote-first mental health company focused on making quality, evidence-based mental healthcare accessible. The company is Series C funded and expanding its in-person therapy offerings across the country.
