Klaviyo is seeking a Senior AI Systems & Solutions Architect to lead the adoption and implementation of AI solutions across the Global Services organization. This role sits at the intersection of applied AI, solutions architecture, and internal enablement, serving as connective tissue across the broader Services organization.
You will be responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities where AI and automation can drive efficiency and business value. Working closely with Services leaders, you'll translate ambiguous business challenges into clear program roadmaps with defined outcomes and milestones. Your work will span accelerating content creation, enabling smarter learning experiences, connecting internal data sources, and automating workflows that improve efficiency and decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
**Program Strategy & Discovery**: Partner with Services leaders to identify high-impact areas for AI/automation, prioritize opportunities based on efficiency gains and impact, and translate ideas into clear program roadmaps.
**Technical Prototyping & Productization**: Build AI-powered prototypes and workflows using Claude, LLMs, and modern AI development platforms. Design and connect AI systems using APIs, MCPs, automation platforms, and internal data sources. Develop effective prompts, skills, agents, and retrieval workflows. Collaborate with engineering teams to scale successful solutions into production-grade implementations.
**Enablement & AI Literacy**: Create documentation, implementation guides, and best practices. Lead enablement sessions, workshops, and office hours to grow AI fluency across teams. Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and tools.
You'll work with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Glean, helping teams use them more effectively through skills development and AI workflow optimization. As solutions grow in complexity, you'll facilitate the evolution of workflows and prototypes into production systems, working closely with Klaviyo's centralized AI engineering team.
This role requires a systems thinker with strong technical foundation, experience building AI-powered prototypes using LLMs, excellent communication skills, and comfort partnering with engineering teams to scale solutions.
