Klaviyo is seeking a Senior AI Systems & Solutions Architect to accelerate how its Global Services organization leverages AI to operate smarter and deliver greater impact. This role sits at the intersection of applied AI, solutions architecture, and internal enablement, requiring a strong technical problem solver who can translate business challenges into practical AI solutions while collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
You will build AI-powered solutions addressing both creative and operational challenges, spanning content creation acceleration, smarter learning experiences, internal data integration, and workflow automation. You'll help teams use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Glean more effectively by developing skills, prompts, and AI workflows that are reliable, reusable, and aligned to business needs. As solutions grow in complexity, you'll facilitate the evolution of prototypes into production-grade systems, working closely with Klaviyo's centralized AI engineering team.
Key responsibilities include: partnering with Services leaders to identify high-impact AI and automation opportunities; translating ambiguous ideas into clear program roadmaps with defined outcomes; building AI-powered prototypes and workflows using Claude, LLMs, and modern AI platforms; designing end-to-end intelligent workflows using APIs, MCPs, and automation platforms; developing effective prompts, agents, and retrieval workflows; creating documentation and implementation guides; and leading enablement sessions and workshops to grow AI fluency across teams.
You are a systems thinker with strong technical foundation and passion for solving business problems with AI. You have hands-on experience building AI-powered prototypes using LLMs and modern tools, with understanding of APIs and system integrations. You communicate clearly, translate technical concepts effectively, and can partner with engineering teams to scale solutions into production. Preferred qualifications include 4+ years in AI solutions, solutions architecture, internal tooling, or automation; hands-on experience with Claude or other leading LLM platforms including prompt engineering and agents; experience integrating AI with APIs and internal systems; demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and iterate based on feedback; and familiarity with Global Services functions.
