The Sr. Accountant role is responsible for supporting the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensuring accurate, timely, and well-supported financial reporting. This role prepares journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and other accounting analyses, while partnering cross-functionally to improve processes, strengthen controls, and support audit readiness. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, operates with strong ownership and accountability, and can independently assess the accuracy and completeness of financial results. This is a senior individual contributor position focused on financial close operations, accounting analysis, and process improvement within a healthcare-focused organization.
