DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP platform to automate accounting workflows from data entry through financial close. The company has raised $100M+ from top-tier investors (Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary, Google Ventures) in just two years and serves customers ranging from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies.
As Special Projects Product Manager, you will drive the full product lifecycle for a new, high-priority product area. This is a central role shaping DualEntry's most strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities include:
- Own discovery, definition, launch, and iteration for your assigned product area
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics across all customer personas
- Serve as the voice of the customer, translating complex accounting workflows into clear requirements
- Partner daily with engineering and design to navigate technical trade-offs
- Ensure product reliability, accuracy, and usability as first-class outcomes
- Collaborate with product marketing, GTM, and sales to feed insights into roadmap and support launches
- Improve internal processes and tooling to help the team ship faster
The role requires high agency and strong ownership—you set direction and drive it independently. You will work in-person with an ambitious, fast-moving team in a high-trust, high-expectation environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated experience applying AI/ML to real product workflows, including shipping LLM-powered features to production
- High agency and strong ownership; ability to set direction and drive without waiting to be told
- Clear, direct communicator who keeps multiple work streams organized
- Excited to work in person with an ambitious, fast-moving team
Nice to have:
- Hands-on building with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain) and daily use of AI coding/assistant tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Cursor)
- Accounting, ERP, or fintech domain experience
- MBA and/or experience working with business stakeholders (Sales, Revenue)
- Technical background (CS, engineering)
