DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP platform to automate accounting and finance operations, targeting the $220B+ fintech market. The company has raised $100M+ from top-tier investors including Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary, and Google Ventures in just 2 years, and serves customers ranging from $5M ARR startups to publicly traded enterprises.
As Special Projects Lead, you will work directly with Co-Founders Ben and Santi to drive DualEntry's highest-priority strategic and operational initiatives end-to-end. You own the outcome of critical projects spanning product launches (0→1), process simplification, internal and external AI tool development, and cross-functional team effectiveness. This role sits at the center of company operations and offers a front-row seat to how a high-growth fintech company actually gets built.
You will collaborate closely with the finance leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and scale operations. The role requires someone who can think first-principles, operate with high agency, and thrive in a fast-moving, high-trust environment with ambitious expectations.
The ideal candidate has a hardcore work ethic, builder mindset, and comfort with AI-native workflows. Conventional experience is not required—the company values track records of accomplishing difficult things, whether through career achievements or external accomplishments. You should be analytical, strategic, and capable of managing ambiguity in a startup environment.
Compensation includes a base salary of $200,000+, significant equity ownership, comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, mental health support via Talkspace), 401(k), commuter benefits, learning & development budget, unlimited AI tokens, visa sponsorship, and relocation support. The role is based in New York with a collaborative, in-office culture and flexible PTO (27 days including public holidays).
