Pear Suite is an early-stage digital health company building a care navigation platform for community-based organizations, health systems, and government-funded care programs. The platform equips community health workers, doulas, care navigators, and supporting organizations with tools to collect, visualize, and act on social determinants of health data, enabling more coordinated, person-centered care delivery.
As a Spanish-speaking Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, guiding them through implementation and optimization of the Pear Suite platform. You'll oversee SaaS solution implementation and configuration, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing workflows. Your responsibilities include developing deep platform knowledge to address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide strategic advice tailored to community health contexts.
You will conduct regular check-ins with clients to review usage patterns, assess satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for further engagement and optimization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams—including Sales and Product—will be essential to address client needs and drive continuous improvement. You'll develop and deliver training sessions and educational materials to help clients maximize platform value, and monitor key performance metrics including customer satisfaction, usage patterns, and renewal rates.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in community health work or care navigation combined with SaaS software implementation and account management experience. Prior working knowledge of community-based practices is essential for success.
