Reflection AI is seeking a Sovereign Deal Lead to drive large-scale partnerships with governments, sovereign-backed enterprises, and major conglomerates to build region-scale AI infrastructure and inference businesses. These are nine to ten-figure deals that require strategic structuring and navigation of complex organizational hierarchies.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end engagements from executive vision and business-case development through evaluation, commercial negotiation, deployment, and expansion. You'll build trusted relationships with boards and C-suite leaders, translating their priorities back into the company while navigating complex enterprise structures to identify where authority, budget, data, and infrastructure sit across parent companies, shared-service organizations, and portfolio businesses.
You'll position Reflection's open-weight LLMs and token factory software as strategic AI infrastructure solutions across use cases including enterprise agents, software engineering, R&D, industrial operations, supply chains, and customer experiences. This requires connecting advanced model capabilities, customization options, proprietary data integration, infrastructure requirements, security, governance, and support into credible financial and strategic outcomes.
You'll run disciplined account planning, qualification, value modeling, pricing, forecasting, and post-sale expansion for strategic engagements. The role demands executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and a hands-on operating style—you'll be equally comfortable in boardrooms with chairs and CEOs as you are working through technical architecture with engineering leaders.
Ideal candidates have a track record of creating, shaping, and closing complex multi-year agreements worth seven figures or greater, with proven ability to navigate federated organizations with competing priorities and complex procurement processes. Technical credibility in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, cybersecurity, or developer tools is essential. You should have experience building executive-level business cases, structuring enterprise agreements, and connecting technical adoption to measurable operating outcomes. Willingness to travel extensively for customer and partner engagement is required.
