As Growth Strategy Manager, you will drive business performance across Fever's business units and markets. You'll own full responsibility for growth strategy decisions within your business line, defining and implementing data-driven strategies to improve key metrics. Your scope includes end-to-end project ownership with high-impact initiatives, cross-functional collaboration across 40+ countries, and direct reporting to global growth leadership.
Key responsibilities include enhancing overall company performance, establishing new growth strategies, implementing solutions across markets and teams, and leveraging data to inform strategic decisions. You'll work in a highly international environment, collaborating with partners and internal teams to scale the business.
You bring 6+ years of experience in analytics and business roles, with proven ability to lead teams and key projects. Your background includes engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, aeronautics) or quantitative disciplines (mathematics, statistics, data analytics, strategy). You're data-driven, excel at cross-functional collaboration, and have advanced English proficiency. Problem-solving and opportunity-seeking mindset are essential.
