Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing initiatives across key spend categories. You will partner closely with business leaders, Category Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable results in procurement and supplier management.
In this role, you will develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals, leading end-to-end sourcing events including RFPs, RFQs, negotiations, and competitive bidding processes. You'll conduct market research, supplier assessments, and benchmarking analyses to inform strategic sourcing decisions and present recommendations to key decision-makers.
You will negotiate commercial agreements and contract terms to secure optimal value, service levels, and quality outcomes. Managing the full contract lifecycle—from drafting and execution through renewals, amendments, and closeout—you'll partner with Legal, Finance, and business teams to identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and governance requirements.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, driving performance, innovation, and continuous improvement. You'll analyze spend data and market trends to identify cost-reduction opportunities and process improvements. Additionally, you will mentor and provide guidance to Buyers and procurement team members on sourcing methodologies and best practices.
