Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 / annual
Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced AI and autonomy, is seeking an experienced Sourcer to support its SG&A recruiting team. You will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent for critical roles across finance, HR, legal, policy, communications, and other general and administrative functions.
In this role, you will utilize advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and social media platforms to uncover both passive and active candidates. You'll initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective talent through tailored messaging and personalized communication. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining robust candidate pipelines for various roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates aligned with business needs.
You will partner closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and fellow sourcers to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies with broader recruitment goals. You'll analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows, demonstrating a data-driven approach to talent acquisition.
Required qualifications include a minimum of 3 years in sourcing or recruiting with a proven track record of hiring for SG&A roles. You must have experience supporting finance, people (HR), legal, policy, communications, and other G&A functions, with demonstrated ability to engage top-tier talent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools. You should have an analytical mindset and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred qualifications include proven experience in startups, tech, or related defense fields such as autonomous aerial vehicles (AAV), unmanned aerial systems (UAS), autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV), or weapons programs. Expertise with Greenhouse, Gem, AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter is valued. You should be highly self-sufficient, proactive, resilient, and a creative problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.
