Robinhood is seeking a Sourcer to build and maintain candidate pipelines for Design roles across the organization. In this hybrid role based in Menlo Park, Chicago, or New York (with 3+ days in-office expected), you'll identify, engage, and develop relationships with both active and passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies.
You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and translate those into targeted sourcing strategies. Your responsibilities include conducting market research and mapping, leveraging sourcing tools like Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter, and maintaining organized candidate workflows in Greenhouse and similar platforms. You'll test and refine outreach messaging to improve engagement and response rates, and experiment with AI-powered tools to enhance sourcing efficiency and talent discovery.
The role supports both immediate hiring needs and long-term pipeline development. You'll be expected to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously while maintaining accurate tracking and reporting.
