The company recently closed a $1.37B Series D at a $7.87B valuation and is rapidly expanding its manufacturing footprint and Factory-as-a-Service platform.
As a Sourcer, you will be a key member of Hadrian's recruiting team, collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver on high-priority hiring needs across engineering, manufacturing, and G&A functions. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role offering autonomy to design and execute sourcing strategies that directly support the company's mission.
Key responsibilities include: serving as a subject matter expert in modern sourcing strategies using automation, data-driven prospecting, and recruiting tools; optimizing workflows through process automation and market intelligence; partnering closely with hiring managers to anticipate team needs and ensure strong interview-to-offer conversion; building and maintaining passive talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby ATS, referral campaigns, and targeted outreach; driving inclusive hiring practices; managing multiple concurrent requisitions and pipelines; developing talent maps and market insights; representing Hadrian's recruiting brand at industry events and in candidate conversations; and collaborating cross-functionally to refine the company's value proposition.
You should have 5+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience, ideally for technical or hard-to-fill roles, with proven success partnering with hiring managers to deliver strong candidate pipelines. Familiarity with automation tools, sourcing platforms, and data-driven recruiting approaches is essential. You need strong consultative skills, working knowledge of technical skill sets relevant to engineering, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to manage large volumes of concurrent pipelines. Experience sourcing for manufacturing, aerospace, or defense roles, and proven ability to build rapport with senior leadership and executive-level candidates, will set you apart.
