As a Solutions Consultant on the West Coast, you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, bridging the gap between customer needs and Pigment's platform capabilities. You will conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other departments to understand their business planning challenges. Your role combines pre-sales consulting with post-implementation support, ensuring customers maximize value from the platform. Key responsibilities include: - Leading discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with C-suite and operational stakeholders - Delivering compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases in CPG, Retail, and Life Sciences - Translating complex business requirements into technical specifications and implementation roadmaps - Collaborating with the sales team to advance opportunities and close deals - Supporting customer onboarding and early adoption phases - Troubleshooting implementation challenges and providing strategic guidance on platform configuration - Traveling to customer sites (up to 25% of the time) to build relationships and drive success You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation and bold ideas are celebrated. REQUIREMENTS: - Background implementing or administering enterprise planning and/or modeling technology, OR prior pre-sales experience in Enterprise Planning Management/Business Process Management - Background and/or degree in finance, supply chain, or similar field - Strong presentation skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders at varying levels of authority - Versed and experienced with business analysis and financial modeling in CPG, Retail, or Life Sciences domains - Advanced troubleshooting skills - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
