MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, is a mobile-first work execution platform serving industrial and frontline teams. The company manages 13.9 million assets and 79.5 million work orders across 13,000+ customers including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL, and Volvo.
As a Solutions Consultant for the Mid-Market segment, you will be the technical partner to Account Executives, owning the technical sales cycle from first call through contract signature. Your core responsibilities include:
- Running discovery with Account Executives to map prospect workflows, pain points, and decision-makers, then designing demos and evaluation plans tailored to their needs.
- Delivering customized demos and hands-on trials, loading customer asset data so stakeholders see their operations reflected in MaintainX.
- Leading technical validation and proof-of-concept work across multi-stakeholder buying cycles, answering product, security, and integration questions to keep deals moving.
- Partnering with Professional Services on customer-specific third-party software integrations when required.
- Maintaining current demos, content, and sales collateral as the product ships (updates three times weekly), and coaching Account Executives on product knowledge and positioning.
- Collaborating with product marketing, product management, engineering, implementation, and support teams, bringing customer feedback back to inform product and messaging decisions.
- Supporting customer on-site visits as needed.
Within 6-12 months, you will independently support Mid-Market evaluations end-to-end, with Account Executives bringing you into deals early, and your customer feedback directly shaping product and messaging strategy.
