Comply365 is a global leader in operational performance software for aviation, defense, and rail. The company has consolidated seven companies (including Vistair, Qualtero, ASQS, BEAMS, Rolls-Royce AQD, and MINT Software Systems) into a unified platform delivering content management, safety management, and training capabilities. The One Platform Vision integrates ContentManager365, SafetyManager365, and TrainingManager365 with an AI layer (CoAuthor, CoAnalyst, CoTrainer) serving 50+ airlines including Qantas, British Airways, and Delta, plus 550+ customers across 80+ countries.
As Solutions Consultant, you will own the technical solutions narrative for the Operational Content Management (OCM) portfolio during a critical consolidation phase. This is a customer-facing technical leadership role requiring deep domain expertise in aviation content management and the ability to translate complex multi-product, multi-region migration scenarios into clear customer conversations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Mastering the product tower (ContentManager365, DocuNet, ProAuthor, AI Assistant, CoAuthor) and platform questions (integrations, identity, tenancy, security) across all geographies
- Developing and maintaining discovery flows, demonstration narratives, golden paths, proof-of-value gates, solution-mapping standards, and RFx response content
- Leading the most complex pursuits: multi-product, multi-region, migration-heavy deals in technical operations, MRO, defense aviation, and rail
- Managing the demonstration environment, data, and scenarios
- Owning the consolidation and migration story—the portfolio's most consequential customer conversation
- Maintaining a register of product gaps, communicating them to customers, and feeding them into OCM and OCM AI roadmap discussions
A typical week involves customer discovery (understanding how manuals are authored, approved, made effective, and proven to reach the line), mapping customer processes onto the platform, delivering workflow-led demonstrations to IT and security teams, rebuilding demo data for efficiency, reviewing colleague solution maps, and responding to RFP technical sections and product feedback.
This is a hybrid role based in Vienna with an expectation of 3 days per week office attendance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Deep, current knowledge of operational content in commercial aviation (flight operations, technical operations/engineering, or MRO). Experience as an operator, MRO, regulator, or vendor is acceptable.
- Hands-on mastery of the controlled content lifecycle: revision control, effective dates, controlled publication, distribution, and proof of receipt.
- Customer-facing technical ownership on enterprise deals: discovery, demonstration, bounded proofs, and RFx response.
- Ability to communicate uncomfortable truths—gaps, constraints, unworkable timelines—to customers and internally.
- Willingness to travel across the Americas, EMEA, Middle East, and APAC for pursuits.
- Nice to have: S1000D or ATA iSpec 2200 practical experience; platform migration experience; defense aviation or rail background; Transport Canada or ANAC regulatory knowledge alongside FAA; mentoring of technical peers.
