Comply365 is a global leader in operational performance software for aviation, defense, and rail. The company has consolidated seven acquisitions (Vistair, Qualtero, ASQS, BEAMS, Rolls-Royce AQD, MINT Software Systems) into a unified platform delivering content management, safety management, and training capabilities across 550+ customers in 80+ countries. The One Platform Vision integrates ContentManager365, SafetyManager365, and TrainingManager365 with an AI layer (CoAuthor, CoAnalyst, CoTrainer) to shift from reactive compliance to predictive operational performance.
You will own the Solutions function for the Operational Content Management (OCM) portfolio during a critical consolidation phase. This role bridges customer discovery, technical demonstration, and product roadmap alignment for complex, multi-product, multi-region deals—particularly migration-heavy pursuits in commercial aviation, MRO, defense aviation, and rail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the ContentManager365 product tower worldwide, including integrations, identity, tenancy, and security questions
- Developing and maintaining discovery flows, demonstration narratives, golden paths, proof-of-value gates, solution-mapping standards, and RFx response content
- Leading discovery sessions with carriers' technical publications and quality teams to map their operational content lifecycle onto the platform
- Conducting workflow-led demonstrations to IT and security functions, addressing SSO, offline distribution, and integration concerns
- Managing the demonstration environment, data, and scenarios to support repeatable, scalable sales conversations
- Owning the consolidation and migration narrative—the most consequential conversation in the portfolio
- Maintaining a register of product gaps, communicating them transparently to customers, and escalating them into OCM and OCM AI roadmap discussions
- Supporting the hardest pursuits: multi-product, multi-region, migration-heavy deals in TechOps, MRO, defense aviation, and rail
- Traveling across the Americas, EMEA, Middle East, and APAC for customer pursuits
A typical week includes customer discovery (understanding manual authoring, approval, effectiveness, and proof of reach), solution mapping, technical demonstrations, demo environment maintenance, peer review of solution maps, and RFP technical sections.
Requirements:
- Deep, current knowledge of operational content in commercial aviation: flight operations, technical operations/engineering, or MRO. Experience as an operator, MRO, regulator, or vendor is acceptable.
- Hands-on experience with the controlled content lifecycle: revision control, effective dates, controlled publication, distribution, and proof of receipt.
- Customer-facing technical ownership on enterprise deals: discovery, demonstration, bounded proofs, and RFx response.
- Ability to communicate uncomfortable truths—gaps, constraints, unworkable timelines—to customers and internally.
- Willingness to travel internationally across multiple regions.
- Nice-to-have: S1000D or ATA iSpec 2200 practical experience; platform migration experience; defense aviation or rail background; Transport Canada or ANAC regulatory knowledge; mentoring of technical peers.
