Comply365 is a global operational performance platform serving 550+ customers across 80+ countries, including major airlines (Qantas, British Airways, Delta) and the Royal Air Force. The company recently consolidated seven companies into one unified platform—ContentManager365, SafetyManager365, and TrainingManager365—with an AI layer (CoAuthor, CoAnalyst, CoTrainer) rolling out across all domains.
You will own the Solutions function for the Operational Content Management (OCM) portfolio during a critical consolidation phase. This is a customer-facing technical leadership role where you drive complex enterprise deals involving content migration, platform integration, and operational transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical authority on ContentManager365, DocuNet, ProAuthor, and the AI Assistant across the global customer base, managing product questions around integrations, identity, tenancy, and security.
- Develop and maintain discovery flows, demonstration narratives, golden paths, proof-of-value gates, solution-mapping standards, and RFx response content.
- Own the most complex pursuits: multi-product, multi-region, migration-heavy deals in technical operations, MRO, defense aviation, and rail.
- Manage the demonstration environment, its data, and scenarios to support sales pursuits.
- Lead the consolidation and migration narrative—the most consequential conversation in the portfolio.
- Maintain a register of product gaps, communicate them transparently to customers, and escalate them into roadmap discussions with Product and OCM AI teams.
A typical week includes customer discovery (understanding content authoring, approval, and distribution workflows), mapping customer needs onto the platform, delivering workflow-led demonstrations to IT and security teams, maintaining demo data for upcoming pursuits, reviewing solution maps for regional deals, and responding to RFP technical sections.
You will travel across the Americas, EMEA, Middle East, and APAC as needed for pursuits. This is a hybrid role based in Irving, TX, with an expectation of 3 days per week in the office.
Requirements:
- Deep, current knowledge of operational content in commercial aviation (flight operations, technical operations/engineering, or MRO). Experience as an operator, MRO, regulator, or vendor is acceptable.
- Hands-on expertise in the controlled content lifecycle: revision control, effective dates, controlled publication, distribution, and proof of receipt.
- Proven customer-facing technical ownership on enterprise deals: discovery, demonstration, bounded proofs, and RFx response.
- Ability to communicate uncomfortable truths—gaps, constraints, unworkable timelines—to customers and internal stakeholders with evidence.
- Willingness to travel internationally across multiple regions.
- Nice to have: S1000D or ATA iSpec 2200 practical experience; platform migration experience; defense aviation or rail background; Transport Canada or ANAC regulatory knowledge alongside FAA; experience mentoring technical peers.
