Chainalysis is seeking a Solutions Architect for the LATAM region to serve as a technical leader throughout the customer journey. You will translate complex blockchain and compliance requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
In this role, you'll partner closely with Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to own customer outcomes across the full lifecycle—from discovery and solution design through deployment, enablement, adoption, and expansion. You'll lead discovery conversations to uncover customer objectives, operational pain points, and success criteria, then translate those needs into tailored technical requirements and implementation paths.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting blockchain investigations and delivering compliance/regulatory guidance
- Creating tailored demonstrations, proof-of-value experiences, and technical narratives
- Building technical solutions such as notebooks, dashboards, automation workflows, data integrations, and AI-assisted workflows
- Designing automation that fits into existing compliance, risk, fraud, investigations, or security operations
- Providing guidance on solution architecture, API implementation, workflow design, and integration considerations
- Driving platform adoption by connecting customer workflows to Chainalysis capabilities
- Assembling technical evidence (outcome data, consumption metrics, adoption analysis) for impact reporting and renewals
- Acting as a trusted advisor and representing Chainalysis at customer meetings and industry events
- Contributing to the wider Solutions Architecture team through reusable assets and knowledge sharing
You should have several years of experience in financial services, compliance, investigations, fraud, cybersecurity, digital assets, transaction monitoring, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise product management. Strong storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills are essential. Technical comfort with Python, SQL, data analysis, notebooks, workflow automation, APIs, integrations, or AI tools is valuable. You'll need the ability to operate effectively with ambiguous requirements and incomplete information, a collaborative approach to teamwork, and a demonstrated focus on measurable customer outcomes. An interest in blockchain and commitment to deepening your understanding of the technology and market is important.
