As a Solutions Architect on the Post-Sales Implementation team, you will lead the technical implementation of Fonoa's tax technology solutions for enterprise clients. Key responsibilities include:

- Manage the full technical implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and go-live
- Own client onboarding and ensure successful adoption of Fonoa's platform
- Troubleshoot implementation issues considering both technical and tax implications, coordinating with product, engineering, support, and solutions teams
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to optimize time-to-revenue and minimize go-live delays
- Work with APIs, JSON/XML payloads, webhooks, authentication mechanisms, and data mappings to design and troubleshoot integrations
- Translate complex business, tax, and regulatory requirements into clear technical requirements and solution designs
- Collect client feedback to inform case studies and feature requests
- Track post-sales and post-go-live metrics to measure implementation success
- Leverage modern AI tools to improve research, analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, and implementation efficiency
You should have professional experience with e-invoicing, digital tax, or indirect tax technology solutions. A strong understanding of e-invoicing from both business/regulatory and technical perspectives is essential. You'll need experience with B2B SaaS implementations, ideally involving enterprise customers, ERP integrations, finance systems, or tax technology platforms. Comfort with APIs, JSON, XML, webhooks, and cloud technologies is required. You should be able to navigate strategic conversations with both technical and business stakeholders, and have hands-on experience with ERP, billing, invoicing, accounting, or financial systems. A practical understanding of AI tools and their application to productivity and problem-solving is valued.
