Zowie builds AI agents that handle millions of real conversations monthly for enterprise brands like InPost, Empik, Decathlon, and Allianz. These agents track packages, resolve claims, and handle customer service at scale.
As Solutions Architect, you will lead a team of Technical Account Managers and design sophisticated AI product implementations for enterprise customers. You'll become an expert in mission-critical AI platform adoption, leading technical conversations with C-suite and senior stakeholders to translate requirements into joint architecture and adoption plans.
Key responsibilities include designing complex multi-system integrations (e-commerce, CRM, data layers, telephony), running discovery and solution workshops, and guiding implementation. You'll lead TAMs to ensure reliable delivery of best-in-class solutions, manage customer expectations, and channel feedback to Product and leadership to inform roadmaps.
You bring 3+ years designing and delivering complex software solutions to enterprise customers, with in-depth knowledge of enterprise architectures (data storage, interoperability). You have hands-on integration skills (REST/GraphQL), strong stakeholder management and executive relationship-building abilities, and a leadership mindset to enable TAMs, customers, and partners. You excel at planning and prioritization in fast-paced environments and communicate fluently in English and Polish.
Bonus experience includes launching AI Agents with enterprise customers and knowledge of telephony (SIP trunking, call routing).
