Pattern Group is seeking a Director of TikTok Shop - Brand Management to lead the company's TikTok Shop marketplace strategy and oversee an expanding organization of Associate Directors and Account Managers. Pattern is an ecommerce acceleration platform that uses proprietary technology, AI, and 66+ trillion data points to optimize and automate growth across 60+ global marketplaces for hundreds of global brands.
In this role, you will directly manage and mentor Associate Directors while maintaining indirect leadership over their Account Manager teams. You'll set operational standards, refine performance metrics, and oversee talent development. You'll collaborate closely with the Head of Accounts for TikTok Shop and VP of Social Commerce to align commercial targets, team structures, and market-expansion initiatives.
Key responsibilities include leading executive-level client strategy and maintaining primary escalation ownership for high-value enterprise brands, translating marketplace insights into long-term growth playbooks. You'll take accountability for total portfolio GMV, retention, and revenue expansion across all accounts within your pod, ensuring team members consistently exceed brand KPIs.
You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Creator Operations, and Marketing leadership to influence the Pattern Creators software roadmap based on enterprise client feedback and social commerce trends. You'll stay ahead of algorithm changes, TikTok Shop feature releases, and live shopping ecosystems to keep Pattern at the cutting edge of social commerce innovation.
Success in this role means driving sustainable top-line GMV and revenue expansion across your division while maintaining high client retention rates, building a resilient leadership pipeline by mentoring Associate Directors, and pioneering enterprise-grade TikTok Shop growth playbooks that reinforce Pattern Creators as the industry-leading social commerce solution.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Lehi, Utah.
