Neko Health is a preventative healthcare company using proprietary technology and clinical care to deliver personalized health insights in a single, non-invasive visit. The company has entered the US market starting with New York and is now expanding to Florida.
As Clinic Area Lead for Florida, you will be accountable for bringing Neko Health's operating model, culture, and member-first standards to life across a growing portfolio of clinics in the region. Reporting to the Country Leader, US, you own regional performance end-to-end—from pre-opening readiness through sustained multi-site operations.
In your first 6–12 months, you will embed Neko's operating model across Florida clinics by adopting and tailoring existing playbooks and standards to local regulations while preserving the global member experience. You'll build strong clinic-level leadership capability by coaching managers and clinical leads on translating standards into practice, and operationalize readiness for new clinic openings.
You will establish clear performance rhythms (metrics, reviews, feedback loops) that reinforce behaviors and continuously improve team effectiveness and member experience. You'll ensure each clinic consistently delivers a seamless, premium member experience aligned with Neko's service standards, and lead regional initiatives to elevate service quality based on member feedback and frontline observations.
Partner with Lead Doctors to build and uphold Neko's clinical quality standards in the US context, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulatory requirements. You'll drive continuous improvement in medical delivery and inspection readiness, serving as the bridge between clinic operations and the Medical Excellence team.
Own regional operational KPIs and full P&L accountability, building financial frameworks alongside the clinics. Design scalable operational frameworks, cost controls, and workflow efficiencies that can flex as the portfolio grows. Oversee workforce planning and staffing models in collaboration with central teams.
Recruit, onboard, lead, and coach a team of Clinic Leads and Lead Physicians across all assigned clinics. Build a strong culture of accountability, communication, and collaboration across distributed teams from day one, establishing the norms and rituals that will define how the Florida team works.
