Athena Intelligence is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as the technical voice of the company in the market. This role bridges the gap between the platform's AI capabilities and market needs, focusing on secure, compliant AI deployment in regulated industries.
You will own multiple dimensions of this position:
**Technical Content & Market Education**: Create high-impact technical content including blog posts, whitepapers, architecture diagrams, and video tutorials. Build and maintain a library of reusable demos and proof-of-concepts showcasing Olympus capabilities. Develop reference architectures and implementation patterns for regulated industry use cases. Publish thought leadership on secure AI deployment, compliance, and best practices.
**Solution Architecture & Innovation**: Design future-state architectures demonstrating how AI transforms workflows in finance, legal, defense, and audit. Prototype innovative use cases that push the boundaries of LLM applications in regulated environments. Create technical blueprints that sales and partners can adapt. Stay current with AI/LLM advances and translate them into practical applications.
**Pre-Sales & Technical Evangelism**: Present at industry conferences, webinars, and technical forums as Athena's technical authority. Support strategic opportunities with technical expertise without owning specific customer engagements. Create technical collateral enabling sales and marketing teams to articulate value. Participate in analyst briefings and industry discussions.
**Product Strategy & Market Feedback**: Synthesize market trends and practitioner needs into product requirements. Collaborate with engineering on feasibility and roadmap prioritization. Test new features and provide market perspective feedback. Document technical patterns that should become platform capabilities.

The company operates on a mission to lead transformation toward smarter, more collaborative work environments for important institutions.
The company is fully in-person, requiring 5 days per week in the New York City office, emphasizing face-to-face collaboration and strong team culture.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or similar role
- Deep understanding of AI/LLM technologies: RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, fine-tuning
- Strong cloud architecture skills (AWS/Azure/GCP), including VPC deployments and security
- Experience with enterprise data platforms and integration patterns
- Hands-on coding ability in Python; familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks
- Understanding of regulated industry requirements (finance, legal, government, healthcare)
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks: SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, GDPR
- Experience with enterprise security, data governance, and audit requirements
- Proven ability to create technical content resonating with technical and business audiences
- Portfolio of published technical content (blogs, videos, presentations) is a strong plus
- Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences, from developers to executives
