Sprinto is an Autonomous Trust Platform that centralizes trust requirements across security frameworks, vendors, and customers. The platform autonomously executes tasks for compliance, audits, risk management, vendor risk, privacy, and AI governance, helping organizations maintain strong trust posture without draining operational resources. Backed by top-tier investors (Accel, Elevation, Blume Ventures) with $31.8M in funding, Sprinto is trusted by over 4,000 organizations across 75 countries and supports 200+ global security standards including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
In this role, you will own Sprinto's AI browser extensions and AI features end-to-end as a business owner, not just a product manager. You will define the problem statement from first principles—determining what's worth building, why, and for whom before engineering begins. You'll build the product and take it to first customers, working hands-on with an initial set of customers one-on-one to reach successful POC stage. You'll drive distribution and adoption by partnering with CX, Sales, and Marketing to scale what worked in POCs to wider launch and measurable adoption. You'll own accuracy and quality for AI-driven features, setting the bar and continuously improving output reliability post-launch. Operating with senior-level autonomy, you'll set direction for this stream, make calls without waiting for mandate, and be accountable for outcomes, not deliverables.
Sprinto is 100% remote with a culture organized around problems, not job titles. The company values ownership beyond role scope, solving hard problems, and creating measurable impact. Progress beats perfection, feedback is treated as a gift, and doing the right thing matters.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Business-owner mindset: think in terms of customer outcomes, adoption, and impact, not tickets shipped
- Strong first-principles, structured thinking: able to break down ambiguous problem spaces and build clear paths from idea to launch
- Hands-on with customers: comfortable running discovery, POCs, and feedback loops directly with early users
- Strong cross-functional collaboration: proven ability to take products from build to go-to-market by working closely with CX, Sales, and Marketing
- AI product experience is a strong plus (not required): if you've built AI-powered features, you know how to improve accuracy and avoid common pitfalls; if not, you should be able to reason your way there
- Comfortable with fast, high-ownership environment
