Aidoc is seeking a Solution Success Manager for Diagnostic Radiology to support the company's AI-driven radiology solutions. The role bridges clinical expertise and technology, serving as a trusted advisor to healthcare customers during pre-sales, onboarding, and optimization phases. Key responsibilities include delivering compelling product demonstrations to clinicians, administrators, and researchers; mastering clinical care pathways and workflows; building deep understanding of healthcare personas and their unique challenges; mapping complex clinical requirements into demonstrable product workflows; collaborating with Regional Account Directors on tailored sales presentations; conducting preliminary solutioning during pre-sales; overseeing clinical onboarding and change management; providing expert product training; partnering with Customer Success Managers; gathering feedback from healthcare professionals; serving as a subject matter expert; guiding implementation aligned with clinical workflows and regulatory requirements; liaising between product development and commercial teams during beta and scaling phases; and attending vendor conferences and company events. The ideal candidate brings deep radiology experience with CT technology certification (ARRT-CT), such as background as a Radiology Manager, CT Technologist, or PACS Administrator. Prior experience with AI technologies in healthcare is essential, along with demonstrated understanding of imaging environment complexities. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, plus experience supporting pre-sales engagements and live product demonstrations. Clinical expertise, technical acumen, and exceptional communication skills are critical to influence decision-making and cultivate relationships within diverse healthcare environments.
