As Solution Operations Manager, you will be a direct business and operations partner to the Solutions team, including Deployment Strategists and Applied AI Engineers. You'll work with Solutions leadership to build and scale the operating system that powers value realization across pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Key responsibilities include:
**Operating System & Automation**: Build a secure-by-design operating system linking the tooling stack to Solutions team needs. Design internal tools and automations that increase output per FTE. Streamline Deployment Strategist operations across pre-sales scoping and delivery by compounding shared knowledge, templates, and reusable IP. Drive adoption of AI layers throughout the Solutions team, productizing internal work into reusable assets.
**Value Intelligence & ROI**: Operationalize the internal ROI framework per project and use case. Define and surface reporting layers and metric catalogs, building dashboards that turn data into decisions and proof of value. Establish customer satisfaction measurement systems as core inputs to value realization.
**Processes & Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Codify delivery playbooks and ways of working across the customer lifecycle. Partner with Revenue Growth, People Growth, RevOps, CSMs, and Product & Engineering to align the operating system with company strategy. Ensure operational processes are followed across geographies while embedding safety, security, and compliance.
You'll translate the value vision into a scalable operating model, turning go-to-market strategy into repeatable, AI-native action. This role is critical to aligning delivery quality, output per FTE, and customer satisfaction to improve Solutions organization efficiency and accelerate value delivery to customers.
Required: 4+ years in strategic operations, business operations, or chief-of-staff roles within technical sales or solutions engineering. Strong ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive complex cross-functional initiatives. Proven track record optimizing processes, impacting business KPIs, and aligning resources. Exceptional negotiation and diplomacy skills. Hands-on, execution-focused mindset. Experience building internal tools and data workflows. Strong analytical skills for ROI frameworks and reporting. Technical acumen and AI fluency. Native English fluency; additional European languages a plus.
