You should have a proven track record optimizing processes, impacting business KPIs, and aligning resources with priorities. Strong analytical skills with Salesforce, data warehouses, and BI tools (Looker, Hex, BigQuery) are essential. Exceptional negotiation and diplomacy skills are critical for navigating complex stakeholder dynamics. Technical acumen in AI implementation and scaling challenges is a strong plus. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Native English fluency required; additional European languages are a plus.
