Coralogix is a full-stack observability and security platform built for modern engineering teams. The platform integrates logs, metrics, traces, security events, infrastructure, Kubernetes, applications, and user experience in one unified interface. With a no-index architecture and in-stream analytics, Coralogix helps customers reduce costs, retain more data, and troubleshoot faster at scale.
You will join the San Francisco pre-sales team as a Solutions Engineer, partnering with Account Executives to drive technical sales. This is a hands-on role where you own the technical strategy for sales opportunities. You will lead discovery conversations across customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational pain points, and business drivers. You will design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases, manage technical evaluations and proof-of-concept engagements from scope through validation, and support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during customer evaluations.
You will work across logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud environments, applications, and security use cases. You need to explain Coralogix's architecture, differentiation, and value clearly to both technical practitioners and executive audiences. You will identify technical risks, remove blockers, and guide customers toward successful technical decisions. You will also partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to represent field feedback and improve how the company wins deals.
Success in this role means being a technical owner who can uncover customer pain, define success criteria, build validation plans, and prove value in the customer's own environment. You will earn credibility with engineers and DevOps teams while remaining commercially aware enough to move opportunities forward.
