Apiiro is hiring a Solution Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor at the intersection of AppSec and business strategy. You will work directly with CISOs, AppSec leaders, and engineering teams to translate Apiiro's deep code analysis platform into measurable security outcomes.
Key responsibilities include leading technical discovery with prospects to understand their architecture and challenges; designing solution architectures across SCM, CI/CD, ticketing, registries, and identity systems; owning proof-of-value engagements end-to-end and connecting platform capabilities to measurable outcomes like reduced risk and improved developer velocity; building ROI and risk models that quantify business value for executives; partnering with Sales to drive technical wins and accelerate sales cycles; collaborating with Customer Success on smooth post-sale handoffs; supporting security and compliance reviews; providing competitive insights and deal strategy; and feeding learnings back to Product and Engineering through reusable templates and structured feedback.
You bring 5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or security architecture within AppSec, DevSecOps, or Cloud Security. You have strong understanding of SDLC and modern infrastructure (SCM, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes), hands-on familiarity with AppSec tooling (SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA, secrets detection, API security, IaC scanning, threat modeling), and a proven track record running structured POVs that deliver measurable customer value. Excellent storytelling and presentation skills are essential—you connect platform capabilities to business outcomes and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences. Professional English fluency required.
