As a Solution Consultant, you will partner with Account Executives to guide prospects and existing customers through their planning transformation. Your responsibilities include: **Discovery & Strategy**: Understand planning challenges and business goals, identify gaps in current approaches, and develop solution hypotheses grounded in customer success stories. Build relationships with prospects and customers to uncover their future vision. **Product Demonstrations**: Master Pigment's capabilities and deliver customized, differentiated product demos that address specific business concerns across finance, supply chain, and operations. **Workshops & Executive Alignment**: Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to establish a shared vision of planning, reporting, and collaboration processes. Present proposed solutions to executive audiences. **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to address prospect needs, improve product capabilities, and enhance customer experiences. This role requires strong presentation and communication skills, the ability to work with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, and comfort in a fast-paced environment. You will travel up to 25% of the time. **Requirements**: - Background implementing or administering enterprise planning/modeling technology, OR prior pre-sales experience in Enterprise Planning Management/Business Process Management - Background and/or degree in finance, supply chain, or similar field - Strong presentation skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - Versed in business analysis and financial modeling, with domain experience in CPG, Retail, or Life Sciences - Advanced troubleshooting skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to travel up to 25%
