As a Solution Consultant based in Germany, you will partner with Account Executives to shape the vision of prospects and existing clients, presenting Pigment's thought leadership around business planning. Your responsibilities include: • Discovery: Understand planning roadblocks and identify business goals and future vision in customers' current planning approaches, building relationships with prospects and existing clients. • Value Creation: Evolve and shape customers' planning strategy through development of solution hypotheses supported by relevant proof points from customer success stories. • Product Demonstrations: Master Pigment's product capabilities and deliver customized, differentiated demonstrations addressing a wide variety of business concerns. • Workshops: Align key stakeholders on establishing a vision of their planning, reporting, and collaboration processes; present proposed solutions to executive audiences. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver on prospect needs and improve products, processes, and customer experiences. You will be comfortable with up to 25% travel and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. REQUIREMENTS: • Background implementing or administering enterprise planning and/or modeling technology, OR prior pre-sales experience in Enterprise Planning Management/Business Process Management • Background and/or degree in finance, supply chain, or similar field • Strong presentation skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with multiple stakeholders at varying levels of authority • Versed and experienced with business analysis and financial modeling in CPG, Retail, or Life Sciences domains • Advanced troubleshooting skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
