Salary: USD 105,000 - 175,000 / annual

As a Solution Consultant, you will support the sales team in pre-sales phases by leveraging expertise in the Ivalua SaaS platform and functional procurement processes (Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay). Reporting to the Manager of Solution Consulting in AMER, you will work in a fast-paced technology environment helping customers solve complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Executives on qualified opportunities to uncover customer business objectives, pain points, and project requirements
- Create winning strategic sales strategies and presentations for prospects using best practices and industry expertise
- Deliver sophisticated and engaging product demonstrations showcasing the value of the Ivalua Platform
- Provide functional responses to RFPs and RFIs, supporting all functional and technical activities from initial bid response through the entire sales cycle
- Recommend and support different selling strategies and pre-sales activities including Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Work effectively with Product Management and R&D to support ongoing product improvements based on prospect and customer feedback
- Embrace AI as both a tool and product capability, demonstrating and defending Ivalua's AI capabilities throughout the sales cycle
- Travel up to 30% of the time as an essential function of the role

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, OR Master's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge and experience in Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain functions
- Knowledge and experience with SaaS and Cloud-Based applications
- Ability to articulate the value of and sell SaaS/Cloud-Based applications
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas is a plus: Spend management, sourcing, contract management, eProcurement, eInvoicing, Spend Analytics, Direct Procurement MRP/ERP, Services procurement, Supplier Master Data management
- Strong interest in AI and Agentic AI
- Staying current on the solution roadmap and competitive offers
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and other software tools (forecasting/sales tracking)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Excellent English language skills
