Tenstorrent is seeking a Solution Architect to serve as the technical bridge between the company and customers across India. Based remotely in India, you will work closely with customers, partners, sales, and global engineering teams to understand AI and machine learning workloads, guide technical solution designs, and support customer discussions, evaluations, and deployments.
In this highly visible, customer-facing role, you will combine hands-on technical problem solving with solution development and relationship building. Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding customer AI/ML workloads and translating complex hardware/software concepts into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
- Guiding technical solution designs and working with internal teams on technical strategy
- Troubleshooting issues across Tenstorrent's hardware and software platforms
- Leading the full customer engagement lifecycle from pre-sales technical discovery through proof-of-concept delivery and production deployment
- Coordinating internal teams, external service providers, and customer stakeholders
- Traveling to customer sites throughout India and beyond for meetings, installations, demonstrations, and POC delivery
- Supporting marketing events and trade shows
- Collaborating with product development, engineering, research, sales, and business development teams to influence the evolution of AI solutions
- Helping establish regional service capabilities and support Tenstorrent's growth in India and beyond
You will learn how to architect and deploy innovative AI/ML solutions across diverse customer use cases, including Generative AI and LLM applications, and help establish Tenstorrent's regional presence.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience as a Solutions Architect, Field Application Engineer, Application Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role focused on AI/ML software and hardware
- Strong Python programming skills and deep familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, vision models, model deployment, training, or fine-tuning (preferred)
- Experience designing scalable AI solutions and deploying applications in cloud environments
- Experience guiding physical installation of hardware servers, accelerator cards, and PCIe devices
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with C++, CUDA, parallel programming, or kernel development (plus)
- English language proficiency required; Hindi or other Indian language proficiency is a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to customer sites
