ScreenPoint Medical is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Platform & Infrastructure team. This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining scalable, production-grade systems that span multiple services and domains across the organization's breast cancer detection AI platform (Transpara).
You will own features throughout their entire lifecycle—from design and implementation through deployment and monitoring. Key responsibilities include improving and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, contributing to cloud-based infrastructure, driving automation efforts to reduce manual work and increase reliability, and ensuring high standards for testing, code quality, and maintainability. You'll collaborate closely with product, data, and other engineering teams to deliver complex features end-to-end.
The ideal candidate brings 3–6 years of software engineering experience with proven expertise in complex systems and cross-team projects. Required skills include hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), strong understanding of testing strategies and code quality practices, and AI literacy with experience using AI tools to support development workflows.
Preferred qualifications include system design and architecture experience at scale, mentoring colleagues, improving developer experience and tooling, and background in automation, observability, or platform engineering.
