The HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Product Team is at the core of Rippling's expansion. The team manages all aspects of employee data—hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and transitions—ensuring the correctness and completeness of employee records that serve as the backbone of Rippling's ecosystem.
As a Software Engineer II on the HRIS team, you will work on foundational systems that power not only HR products but integrate seamlessly across 20+ products to deliver a unified experience. The HRIS team operates at the forefront of Rippling's growth, building new products at high velocity to support expansion into new verticals and customer segments while maintaining data integrity.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining systems that handle employee records, which serve as the entry point for new customer and product integrations. This role offers the opportunity to impact Rippling's vision of a unified platform for modern workforce management, working on systems that scale globally and support enterprise customers.
