As a Software Engineer (Full Stack), you will be a seasoned engineer with strong full-stack application development experience. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and peer engineers to deliver well-scoped product features. Key responsibilities include communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Customer Success teams; advocating for and practicing test-driven development (TDD) to ensure high-quality, reliable software; and maintaining strong English communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Required qualifications: 3 to 7+ years of professional software engineering experience; proficiency in one or more of Ruby on Rails, Python, Java, PHP, or JavaScript with experience developing full-stack, high-performance, high-availability applications; strong foundation in programming principles and design patterns; experience building scalable systems with test-driven CI/CD and commitment to quality software development; experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) with comprehensive understanding of SQL vs. NoSQL decision-making; and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
This is a full-time, hybrid position with 1 to 2 days per week in-office to support close cross-functional collaboration.
