As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in building the next generation of AI agents that help people complete high-value workflows across the tools they use daily. You'll develop end-to-end product experiences and the infrastructure needed to make these agents focused, reliable, and deeply integrated.
Key responsibilities:
- Start building and pushing code in your first week; ship impactful features within months
- Build full-stack AI agents that complete valuable, role-specific workflows across customer tools
- Develop end-to-end experiences for agent workflows, from triggers and context gathering to user interactions and completed actions
- Build and deepen connector capabilities—reads, writes, authentication, administration, observability—to support high-value customer workflows
- Prototype new agent experiences, test with users, and use feedback and data to guide product and technical decisions
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and customer-facing teams to translate customer needs into scalable solutions
- Help establish reusable technical foundations and engineering practices that accelerate future agent development

REQUIREMENTS:
- Ready to tackle challenges across product, infrastructure, and integrations
- Modern web development, API design, and testing tools expertise
- Experience building, deploying, and debugging production systems at scale
- Understanding of authentication, data flows, and third-party service integrations
- Comfortable working with data and experimentation to inform decisions
- Deep care for reliability, quality, and end-user experience
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate effectively across teams
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manage tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyze and execute work efficiently, and thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments
