In this Software Developer role, you'll be part of the engineering team building innovative solutions for conversational AI. You'll work closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to design, build, test, and deploy customer-impacting features. Your responsibilities include collaborating across cross-functional teams, conducting code reviews and mentoring junior engineers, troubleshooting and debugging complex production issues, and staying current with emerging technologies to drive innovation.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and frameworks like React
- Solid understanding of software development principles, patterns, and methodologies
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Passion for exploring new technologies and contributing to a rapidly evolving product
