Fanatics is a global digital sports platform serving over 100 million sports fans through commerce, collectibles, and betting & gaming. As a Social Producer, you will bring Fanatics Betting & Gaming's marketing campaigns and content to life across their sports and casino platforms. You will support the planning and execution of productions spanning brand campaigns, social-first content, original programming, serialized content franchises, live events, and creator activations. Working closely with Brand, Integrated, Talent & Creator, and Media & Partnerships teams, you'll transform creative concepts into best-in-class content that resonates with sports bettors and casino players. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day production across marketing campaigns and social content; owning production for serialized content franchises while maintaining consistent creative vision and quality; translating creative concepts into actionable production plans with coordinated timelines, budgets, and deliverables; supporting campaign launches, social content, live events, creator activations, and VIP experiences; coordinating all production logistics including crew, equipment, talent, locations, travel, wardrobe, props, permits, and schedules; managing relationships with external production companies, freelancers, agencies, editors, and vendors; overseeing all production phases from pre-production through final asset delivery; tracking budgets, schedules, contracts, and documentation; identifying workflow improvements and scalable processes; and staying informed on production trends and emerging social formats. You'll thrive producing both fast-turn social content and premium branded entertainment, equally comfortable leading nimble social shoots or producing multi-episode franchises and large-scale campaigns. Requirements: 4–6 years of experience producing social content, branded entertainment, commercial campaigns, or integrated marketing productions. Experience managing productions from creative development through final delivery. Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple simultaneous productions. Experience working with production vendors, agencies, freelancers, creators, and on-camera talent. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Familiarity with production budgeting, scheduling, post-production workflows, and project management tools such as Airtable or similar platforms.
