- Capture, write, edit, and publish photo, video, and text content
- Build recurring content formats around factory work, team stories, customer outcomes, and company progress

- Test hooks, formats, cadence, and distribution; apply data insights to optimize performance
- Maintain a content library and secure necessary permissions for responsible publishing
- Monitor relevant industrial and cultural conversations without chasing every trend
- Support launches, events, and occasional real-time coverage
You will spend time in facilities, spot stories before assignment, and create content yourself. The role requires strong writing and visual instincts, comfort making decisions independently, and the ability to shoot and edit credible content with lightweight equipment.
Required qualifications:
- Excellent writer with strong visual instincts
- Fast, observant, and comfortable making good decisions without layers of approval
- Ability to shoot and edit credible content with lightweight equipment
- Interest in factories, skilled work, technology, and American industry
- Analytical mindset to distinguish meaningful audience behavior from vanity metrics
- Respect for customer confidentiality, employee privacy, and factory safety
- Consistent, organized approach to sustaining quality over time
Nice to have:
- Experience growing a brand in manufacturing, technology, defense, logistics, or technical categories
- Experience with short-form video, photography, community management, or employee advocacy
- Comfort interviewing operators, customers, and executives
- Experience with analytics, scheduling, and social-listening tools
- Comfort using AI tools for research, ideation, repurposing, and analysis while maintaining voice
