As an SMB Implementation Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for small and medium-sized business customers during their Rippling implementation journey. You will work directly with clients to understand their unique business objectives and develop customized implementation plans that span HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, IT platform, and other Rippling products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner one-on-one with SMB clients to develop custom implementation plans and drive adoption of Rippling's product suite across their organization
- Manage the full implementation lifecycle end-to-end, from initial planning through go-live, ensuring alignment on timelines and business objectives
- Provide proactive guidance, best practices, and training to empower clients to maximize platform capabilities and realize ROI
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, and Support teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer success
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product improvements and advocate for enhancements that address market needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate change management and adoption challenges
You will be based in Bangalore and work with a portfolio of SMB customers in your region. The role requires strong communication skills, deep product knowledge, and a genuine commitment to customer success. Implementation is a key differentiator for Rippling, and this role is critical to ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes.
