Deliveroo is seeking an SMB Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of key restaurant partners in Dubai. As the company scales, restaurants increasingly rely on Deliveroo as a major revenue channel, and Account Managers serve as both relationship owners and strategic consultants.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of Deliveroo's most important restaurants, including high-sales volume drivers and global restaurant brands. You'll own relationships with key restaurant industry stakeholders, using data-driven analytics and industry knowledge to provide strategic value and support. Your responsibilities include analyzing data to identify growth and profitability opportunities for both restaurant partners and Deliveroo, and working cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations teams to drive new initiatives.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a relevant industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well-organized with excellent team-player qualities
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
- Agile and highly adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
- Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic is an added bonus
