Hungryroot is seeking a Site Leader to oversee day-to-day operations of its Hiram, Georgia fulfillment center. This is a director-level operations role managing up to 100 direct and indirect reports, responsible for driving strategy, improving performance, procuring resources, and ensuring compliance across the facility.
Key responsibilities include overseeing fulfillment center operations, leading and coaching a large team, monitoring performance metrics and addressing gaps, developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, overseeing safety and environmental programs, performing regular process audits, building cross-functional relationships, managing monthly budgets, and establishing clear team expectations and accountability.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of fulfillment or distribution experience, proven success in a Site Leader or similar role, and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., NestSuite). Additional qualifications include experience in automated pick environments, knowledge of P&L, budgeting, and forecasting, continuous improvement certification, organizational effectiveness expertise, strong communication and analytical skills, and a degree in Business or Operations Management. Food & beverage facility experience is a plus.
