BIT (formerly Matrixport) is a global digital asset financial services and infrastructure group headquartered in Singapore. The company bridges traditional finance and digital assets through governance-driven financial services, managing over $7 billion in assets and facilitating $7+ billion in monthly trading volume. BIT offers custody, trading, asset and wealth management, liquidity and financing solutions, and tokenized real-world assets (RWA) to institutional and professional investors globally, with regulated operations across Singapore, Hong Kong, Switzerland, the UK, the US, and Bhutan. As Settlement Manager, you will oversee critical operational and financial functions supporting the organization's business activities and counterparty relationships. Key responsibilities include managing cryptocurrency accounts and wallets held across various counterparty platforms, handling and approving payment instructions from business partners, verifying payment amounts and wallet information, and completing payment processes while ensuring rigorous due diligence. You will support month-end reporting and reconciliation processes, working collaboratively across teams and time zones—sometimes during evening hours or weekends to liaise with international counterparties. This role requires strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex treasury and settlement workflows in a fast-moving digital asset environment. You'll partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, communicating clearly across functional areas. The ideal candidate brings 7-10 years of experience in treasury, banking operations, middle-office functions, or payments processing, with deep knowledge of trade settlements and funds movement. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field is required. Fluency in English and Mandarin is advantageous given the need to work with both English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
