The SEO team captures and influences demand across the entire discovery ecosystem—traditional search engines, LLMs, local listings, and third-party integrations. The team operates globally, automating and optimizing processes to drive organic growth revenue through data, technical excellence, and strategic thinking.
As Technical SEO Lead, you will own the technical health and structural integrity of Fever's massive transactional ecosystems, including feverup.com and the global white-label network. Reporting to the SEO Manager, you will leverage advanced technical skills to optimize the global information architecture and execute a rigorous experimentation roadmap.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the expert in technical SEO for transactional ecosystems (feverup.com, white-label websites, and other Fever group properties)
- Analyze, define, and optimize information architecture
- Ensure optimal bot accessibility for traditional search engines and LLMs
- Monitor and establish success KPIs with large-scale log analysis using tools like ELK, BigQuery, or Splunk
- Partner with Data, Product, and Systems teams to execute the technical roadmap
- Design, implement, and iterate experiments to increase traffic and rankings
- Audit engineering developments and implement changes to prevent visibility losses
- Stay current with search industry changes and propose quick adaptations to comply with latest SEO/GEO requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of proven technical SEO experience with high-traffic websites (ecommerce or similar) with demonstrated results
- Experience working with international sites and adapting global SEO strategy to local market needs
- Strong technical skills: crawling, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, HTML, CSS, CDN performance, APIs, automation
- Data-driven mindset with clear understanding of data, analytics, and metrics
- Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to build SEO solutions, automate workflows, and enhance productivity
- Thorough knowledge of search engine ranking factors, including emerging LLM-powered search ecosystems (RAG, citations, query fan-out)
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS required
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with industry-standard and enterprise SEO software
- Proactive, independent profile capable of self-management
- Strong personal ownership and initiative; works well in team environments
- Excellent Spanish and English written and oral communication skills

- Understanding of Google Apps Script and Python
- SQL knowledge for data exploitation
- Experience with workflow automation
