The SEO team captures and influences demand across the entire discovery ecosystem—traditional search engines, LLMs, local listings, and third-party integrations. The team combines data, technical excellence, and strategic thinking to drive organic growth revenue through partnerships with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams.
As Technical SEO Lead, you will own the technical health and structural integrity of Fever's massive transactional ecosystems, including feverup.com and the global white-label network. Reporting to the SEO Manager, you will leverage advanced technical skills to optimize the global information architecture and execute a rigorous experimentation roadmap.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical SEO expert for transactional ecosystems (feverup.com, white-label websites, and other Fever group properties)
- Analyze, define, and optimize information architecture
- Ensure optimal bot accessibility for traditional search engines and LLMs
- Monitor industry changes and propose quick actions to comply with latest SEO/GEO requirements
- Own monitoring, establish success KPIs, and track methodologies using large-scale log analysis (ELK, BigQuery, Splunk, or similar)
- Partner with Data, Product, and Systems teams to execute the technical roadmap
- Design, implement, and iterate experiments to increase traffic and rankings
- Audit engineering developments and implement changes to prevent visibility losses
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience as a technical SEO specialist for e-commerce or similar high-traffic websites, with demonstrated results from actions taken
- Experience working with international sites and adapting global SEO strategy to local market needs
- Proactive, independent profile capable of self-management
- Data-driven mindset with clear understanding of data, analytics, and metrics; ability to make data-driven recommendations
- Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to build SEO solutions, automate workflows, and enhance productivity
- Thorough knowledge of search engine ranking factors, including emerging LLM-powered search ecosystems (RAG, citations, query fan-out) and optimization strategies
- Strong technical knowledge: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, crawling, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, CDN performance, APIs, and automation
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with industry-standard and enterprise SEO software
- Up-to-date knowledge and current SEO practices
- Strong personal ownership, high initiative, and ability to work well in team environments
- Excellent Spanish and English written and oral communication skills
Valuable additional skills:
- Understanding of Google Apps Script and Python
- SQL knowledge for data exploitation
- Experience with workflow automation
- Experience managing teams
