As Technical SEO Lead, you will own the technical health and structural integrity of Fever's massive transactional ecosystems, including feverup.com and the global white-label network. Reporting to the SEO Manager, you will leverage advanced technical skills to optimize the global information architecture and ensure maximum search visibility across traditional search engines and emerging LLM/GEO platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the expert in technical SEO for transactional ecosystems (feverup.com, white-label websites, and other Fever group properties)
- Analyze, define, and optimize information architecture across large-scale platforms
- Ensure optimal bot accessibility for traditional search engines and LLMs
- Monitor and establish success KPIs with large-scale log analysis using tools like ELK, BigQuery, or Splunk
- Partner with Data, Product, and Systems teams to execute the technical roadmap
- Design, implement, and iterate experiments to increase traffic and rankings
- Audit engineering developments and implement changes to prevent search visibility losses
- Stay current with search industry changes and propose quick adaptations to comply with latest SEO/GEO requirements
You will work in a hybrid setup with a central Madrid office, collaborating with world-class Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional performance and measurable impact.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience as a technical SEO specialist for e-commerce or similar high-traffic websites, with demonstrated results from actions taken
- Experience working with international sites and adapting global SEO strategy to local market needs
- Strong technical skills: crawling, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, HTML, CSS, CDN performance, API automation
- Data-driven mindset with clear understanding of data, analytics, and metrics; ability to make data-driven recommendations
- Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to build SEO solutions, automate workflows, and enhance productivity
- Thorough knowledge of search engine ranking factors, including emerging LLM-powered search ecosystems (RAG, citations, query fan-out)
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS required
- Excellent Spanish and English written and oral communication skills
- Proactive, independent profile capable of self-management
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with industry-standard and enterprise SEO software
- Strong personal ownership and high level of initiative; ability to work well in team environments
VALUABLE ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
- Understanding of Google Apps Script and Python
- SQL knowledge for data exploitation
- Experience with workflow automation
- Experience managing teams
